Individual Goal: $75.00

One month FREE TUITION will be awarded to the student in each of the following grade levels having the highest amount raised over $500.00:
Grades K4 - 2
Grades 3 - 5
Grades 6 - 8
Grades 9 - 12

A field trip will be awarded to the class raising the highest percentage over their class goal in each of the grade levels listed above.

12-1	5-6	Long Jump, 100m Race, Baton Relay, Underhand Toss, Soccer Kick, Frisbee Throw
1-2	7-8	Long Jump, 100m Race, Baton Relay, Underhand Toss, 3 pt. Contest, Home Run Derby
2-3	9-10	Soccer Kick, Long Jump, 100m Race, 3 pt. Contest, Home Run Derby, Handball
3-4	11-12	Soccer Kick, Long Jump, 100m Race, 3 pt. Contest, Home Run Derby, Handball
4-6		Dinner Break
6-7		Sign-in for 5K Walk/Run
8-9		5K Walk/Run

All adults participating in the 5K Walk/Jog-a-thon
need to complete the registration form and return
it to the school along with the $75 donation by
Friday, November 14.
The first staff member, alumni and parent-student
team from each age group to complete this event
will receive a gift certificate.
