Admissions Procedures:
Tuition: 2008-2009 School Year
Each prospective applicant and his/her parents/guardian
must do the following:
- Arrange an parent/student interview with the administrator.
- Submit a certified copy of the student's birth certificate.
- Submit a State of Florida immunization record and physical.
- Submit copies of the last two report cards/transcripts.
- Submit copies of the last two national standardized testing results.
- Submit a copy of the student's social security card.
- Take an entrance test if necessary.
